There is no excuse for taking somebody else's work and uploading it WITHOUT permission.
And to be honest I can't believe beamdog doesn't take a strong stand against it.
If something is available at the neverwintervault there is no reason to upload it to steam unless you are the author and want to make it easier for steam users to access YOUR creations.
We're urging users to get authors' consent first, and can help solve the problem if/when it appears.
