Hey Guys, I've got a quick Question: Is it actually feasible/possible to mod the Lobby into Premade Group Setups?

A friend of mine and I love to play together against overwhelming odds, but you can't setup alliances beforehand, and it takes ages to research anything close to it, so true cooperative play from the get go seems quite impossible. Is it possible to mod something comparable or is it straight up impossible?

Something like a cheaper Era I version of "Diplomat's Mansion" and less Influence cost of political actions would already suffice to be honest^^
