Modding question
Anyone has an idea what file I should modify and what whould I write if I want to:
- give cities a certain modifier over X population as a worker negative bonus?
(overcrowded cities, over 20 pop, cities will generate -1% or less resources from workers or even from tiles too) -> a lategame balance thing, because my main negative experience with the game so far was, that in the lategame economy just skyrockets to infinity, so this would put a break on them at least.
I'll do a lot more things to try to make things more balanced in the lategame, but those are just removing certain modifiers mostly (my plans are to remove all % based modifiers from economy and combat or most of them at least and reduce flat combat modifiers a bit too, maybe I'll keep a few % ones, but a lot weaker, than they are currently).

Curiously enough, SimulationDescriptors[Class].xml does have a section dealing with Population Efficiency Limit, but there is this comment in there:

I have no idea if this thing can be tweaked to function again.

Thanks for the info, I'll look into that, but I'm not that good in program coding, so I neither have any idea how can I make it work again.
