Hebrews mod suggestions
First, I'm not a modder; this is concept level material only I'm putting out there. Second, yes I know there's an Israel mod. Third, I'm not expecting anyone to take up the gauntlet, as it were. But I had done some thinking about how Israel/Hebrews might be incorporated with a mod (before realizing one had even been introduced), and I share the following in the event it inspires any creators out there:

Title: Hebrews, the "Power of Chutzpah", or maybe "Audacity" or (if either term is too negatively charged) "Resilience". (Anyway, "Hebrews" and "Chutzpah" are reasonable concessions to those sensitive to "Israel" and "Zion", respectively.)

Nation Powers: Incur significantly reduced benefits to national borders via civics and temple construction in exchange for an attrition bonus (+25% maybe +50%; whichever balances better) while simultaneously nullifying attrition to own troops in enemy territory (however, for enemy players neither the offensive nor defensive attrition bonuses negate respective effects as conferred by National Powers and Wonders and does not impact the "heal" ability of applicable units). But compounding this with the Colosseum, Kremlin, and with all the standard attrition upgrades they'd be tough to engage despite commanding less land in contrast to the Russians.

Gathering bonus to laborers. Militia/"At War" citizens receive fighting bonus.

Reduced cost (in Knowledge or otherwise), or at least speed boost, to Military and Science research.

Anti-air structures provide an AOE defensive bonus to player from air attack damage, including reduced (non-nuclear) missile damage. [Could be a unique unit, or rather structure, a la "Iron Dome"]

Unique Units:
Hard to resist the suggestion of an advanced sling infantry! (though that'd be kinda underwhelming and of short-lived utility)

Mossad Agent: Super spy, basically. Perform spy abilities on +1 targets/spy?

Shaldag: Elite infantry. Maybe same idea as the Mossad Agent, except +1 for commando abilities, or a more effective fighter w/commando abilities?

Advanced Attack Helicopter: Sturdier variant of the attack helicopter. Health boost with a broader effectiveness against targets.

Again, these are all just ideas at the most general of levels.
