bug or displayed wrong or...what?! uboat speed drop minus 5-6 kn on FF x140 ?!
uboat knots 10 kn drops to 5-6 kn on x140 - switch speed to x14, x48 or no FF goes back to 10kn.
at x1800 and x6500 boat on 7kn ?!? no FF back to 10kn.

so is this only a display issue or a "bug" ?

It's a bug, some say that it is being investigated.
