Help needed for F14 Tomcat AI

I built a Tomcat. I can manualy handle it fine enough but it looks like I m just incapable of setting up a working AI and of course I can't find why.

Help would be much appreciated!

We could go multiplayer / chat at some point but my spoken english is bad enough ^^
If you could take a look by yourself for starter, would be appreciated.

had to lower the altitiude of flying in order to get the PID (GP) working correctly. Added and engine and pitch thrusters so its able to pitch correctly.
