Doesn't seem to work, I try to run it and it shows up on my taskbar but never opens any window. It doesn't seem to do anything.

Works fine for most players. Do you have Win10? Ensure you're starting leto.exe, not taskpad.exe. I have it installed in Documents > Neverwinter Nights > utils > Leto, though the help file says the path doesn't matter.

I'm using windows 10, yes. I installed leto1.69.exe, that had automatic installation so it just installed wherever it's programmed to install by default. It added a desktop icon and I used the icon to try to launch it.

I just checked where it installed to, it's the same as what you said.

Not clear why it doesn't work for you. Maybe try Run As Administrator with Compatibility Mode XP SP3? Is AV blocking it? Download the manual install, as recommended by the author?
