Race and Class Limits
So I have been looking around the editor for a long time now and I am pretty sure what I am going to ask is not possible, but here goes anyway:

1. Can you restrict a class based on the race? E.g. When you play Orcs you can only play Warlord or Necromancer.
2. Can you restrict the selectability of a race for your leader? E.g. Halflings simply do not show up in the leader creation screen anymore but otherwise spawn as any other normal city would.
3. Can you define a "race" but have no cities/dwellings show up on map generation? I imagine one could either make an incomplete dwelling race to achieve this or simply make a new unit type and label it a certain race depending on the use case?
Background is to create unique heroes for a race that does not show up in dwellings or cities.


Additional note for 1.:
I have not tested it but from the available settings in the editor I think it could be possible to disallow players the creation of new leaders. Therefore someone could artificially enforce players to only pick predetermined race-class-specialization combinations through already available leaders. But where is the fun in that?

I will return with a definite answer when I have more time available to investigate to content editor at a later point where I might redefine my current answers.

From my memory at least.

1. You should be able to restrict classes for examle for particular races.

2. You cannot restrict "Pre-made leaders" from showing up in leader section, but you can turn off races permanently. Unsure if they can spawn, but they can still be generated if there passes in level generator for rmg. However they may not function.

3. You can define a race. Paxanaria for example is a unique Archon hero in the Shadow Realm Campaign where she does not spawn at all, but still has all here unique traits. You need to turn off hero from generating as random. Was.. two specific parameters. The same does not apply for leaders sadly.


Additional note: It depends on you rather than the game. A total conversion or a unique race mode. If balance or for story purpose.

Thanks for the answer so far.
I was curious as I was thinking about doing a small conversion mod that alters gameplay and can be used together with random map generation and I am unsure how to do any of the things I listed above as I found no solution that is immediately clear and might require a complex setup. Or I am simply blind again. :D

In addition to point 3:
I want the hero to appear as a random hero, but not the race in random generated worlds.
