When you publish a scenario in the workshop, it is automatically made final. There is no such thing as a 'work in progress' scenario. Therefore, your scenario cannot be changed. You will just have to publish another scenario and call it "[465] Chislehurst - Rochester updated." To do this you will need to clone your updated scenario so that it has a different name and id number from the original. Then publish the new version.
