Is there anybody willing to make a DEI submod that reduces supply usage, unit upkeep, and recruitment cost intended to be used with 41 unit armies?
I just want something that would give the weaker AI a fighting chance when 40 unit armies are enabled, and for my own 40 unit armies to not deplete whatever land they exist on.
