For TL1 if I remember correctly - the folder is located within the appdata folder and that requires a setting to be changed within the file / folder viewer to make it easily accessible.

Easy access to those folders can be achieved by using the Windows key and R (the shortcut to open the Run dialog) and then typing one of the following into the dialog that appears

%appdata%

or

%localappdata%

followed by clicking the OK button or hitting the Enter key. The % around the words are important here.

What this does is make Windows look up the environment variable "appdata" (or "localappdata" if that's what you used) and then input the value into the most appropriate program. Since the value in those two variables are paths, Windows will by default open Explorer which navigates to the indicated location.
