Simple(?) Mod Request

I'd love to be able to make this myself but I'm really out of my depth and wouldn't even know where to begin. I'd like to make it so that the font size for critical hit damage appears at double the size, rather than just being a different color with the critical hit text description.

Is this something that would be possible?
