Anyone know of a lite version of player only no upkeep mods?

I'm looking for a mod that reduces only player upkeep by like 20, 25, 50% etc rather than 100%. is there one or are the only ones that do less than 100% affect the AI too?

bruktrukruk has Total War: WARHAMMER II

This allows you to adjust the upkeep for player A.I and Hordes to whatever amount you require.
~it does not change the supply line increase though~
