Anyone know how I can trigger a ritual payload via a building effect?
I would like to attach an effect to a building such that once said building is constructed, a ritual is performed and a payload is delivered.

I know where the payload is going/what it's made of but I can't figure out how to make an effect trigger a ritual, so that I may attach it to a building.

Any suggestions?
