I believe aside from legendary lords, you can rename Lords and Heroes as you want with a button in the game when you are looking at the Lord's/Hero's Skills/Details. But yea there is probably a table somewhere, but sadly I cannot help you in finding it. You'd probably get a faster "reply" from google or youtube though tbh. I believe (could be wrong as while this is how older Total War games are the newer ones might not be like this) it will involve "unpacking" the games files to allow you to view more of them.
