It's easy to do if you want any item to show up in the smithy as a purchasable item you can make a child of the blueprint in your mod folder, open the blueprint, search up craft and change the resource requirements to just gold coins, then type in folder and make a new folder for the item called Buy/Store/Purchase whatever you want. Add this new blueprint child into the primal game data by searching for append and using the drop down menus to select smithy as your container to append into, and then you find your item in the add drop down menu.
When you bake the mod you can select the folder you're picking to upload, which should be the mod folder where you placed your primalgamedata_BP, and where the blueprints you created child of, where you adjusted the crafting requirements to gold. Click bake mod, give it a name and description while it's baking, scroll down and when it's done select upload and it will appear in the workshop.
