This is just a heads-up.

As far as I can tell, this issue causes no problems in game-play OR game program stability - nor does it appear to cause any instances of file corruption. However, some may at first find it disconcerting, if and when this happens.

It's probably related to the size of campaign directory, as this only started occurring after my campaign folder got very large. Entries started to appear with with the following file name:

"[#############] UNKNOWN SAVE FILE" (or something like that).

Files will open, however, and appear to be comprised solely of AUTOSAVE files that failed to auto-delete.

This appears to be harmless. All you have to do to get rid of the files is manually DELETE the files in question - the AUTOSAVE files would/should have been deleted anyhow. I have done so myself without any adverse effects.

My guess is that this has something to do with the size of the campaign directory, and with instances where the link to cloud is momentarily disrupted due to internet outage at a time when host system file maintenance is being performed - thus causing a failure to delete the old AUTOSAVE files. Instead the files get renamed as described above, for some reason. However, this is only a guess, as instances of this are episodic and appear to be random (i.e. I have yet to correlated instances of this to internet outages - only that outages have recently occurred).
