Adding new career starts that aren't the great houses like St. Ives, Magistracy of Canopus, Taurian Concordat, or maybe a pirate one

Had toyed with that. Problem is there isn't really any true industrial hubs when there should, especially with Taurians and Canopians around. It wouldn't be a fun start without a deeply expanded Periphery.
