Yes there is one, but it requires extremely dangerous modding and your own textures.
Ocean Man has a guide for it
Oooooo yeah I think I seen a youtuber do it before like replace biker bosses texture in Biker Bar with orther textures

It is possible to add custom texture to "normal maps" (I assume you mean scenarios and arena and the like), but you need to replace existing default textures for it to work. As Bug said Ocean Man has a guide for it but it is now outdated as the game's asset file structuring was changed. If you really still need to change them I may be able to describe the new method

Yes I was talking about scenarios, if you can write how to change character texture it would be nice
