Is there a mod for trading cities?
Hi all, I'd like to be able to trade cities with other factions diplomatically, like in Empire or Napoleon. Is there a mod for that?

Im interested too, but for now, i think we can only try and lower public order to have third party cities occupied in order to conquer them. Not ethical xd

God I'm so pissed there isn't a mod for this. it should have been in the base game!
