Missing features in mod...
I am not quite sure where this comment should go...

I tried the Solo Slave Starts mod, and while it basically works, there seems to be no way of selecting a start which will have slave labor.

But, also, I cannot figure out how to report issue to the mod author.

Does anyone here have any useful suggestions about how to address these kinds of issues?

you need to report it on the mods comment section on the mod page.

But that mod does not have a mods comment section when I visit that page.

Do you see a mods comment section there? (I linked it in my previous message here...)

from what i can see after looking at all their mods.
they have no desire to be contacted, they even set their profile to private.
so I'm guessing that you only got one option, hope they see this.
or hope someone else who uses that mod might have an idea.

Maybe Shidan might have an idea as well. he does all the technical look throughs as that's not my field of specialization.

Not sure what the problem here is actually. Mod looks like it's doing exactly what it says on the description. Spawns you as a slave in the specific locations.

Do you mean that you're not being made to actually work as a slave? If so, that's actually a vanilla bug right now. Something is stopping the slave AI from actually working most of the time, causing them to just follow the masters. Unsure what exactly is doing it yet, but it's not mod related.
