I can virtually guarantee things I breaking in the first three. May not be crashing the game, but a lot of stuff will not work right. It is best to pick one and use that when it comes to larger mods.

Populated cities should also just be turned off honestly. Mod hasn't been updated in over 5 years, and there have been a bunch of game updates since then. It probably doesn't work well even on its own anymore.
