Saving a mod_list generates a file that the game can read to upload the mods saved on that list when selected later.

I forgot which folder exactly however it's in the same general area within Documents > My Games > Runic Games > Torchlight 2 Folders.

Back-up mod character save files by Copy - Paste and send them into folders outside of the Mod Save Folders. This is to ensure that mod characters don't lose Items or crash if Synergies is removed from the Load Order.

The Mod Unbinder is also helpful if trying to use the same character although making new mod save characters is recommended when a mod like Synergies is moved out of the Load Order.

If is not possible to do this process via button save mods or load mods or if I exchange the current modlist of synergie for other mods and the items are available in general stock so I have that in memory of windows 7.

Indeed. Feel free to write the Load Order in a text file for your info and just Copy - Paste the mod character saves and move them to a safe folder that won't get overridden.
That would be the manual method in case the auto-button doesn't function.
