How do I test a skin I made.

I have seen screenshots off people having there skins in game.
Is it just that they got accepted into the game and updated it afterwards or is it somthing else i need to do in order to get it to work.

Please help a fellow bank robber to make some sick bling.

You need the BLT lua hook for it to work.
