Experience Modification
Is there an "easy" way to globally set/limit AI experience levels in each scenario? I do not want to have to go into editor and set each unit, etc. Maybe some kind of special rules file or something?

I have long had issues with unit experience in this game. In latest DLC it's now at crisis proportions for me. ALL my units are 5-star. Which is expected by devs I guess, as MANY of the Soviet forces in scenarios are also 4 or 5 star. Which IMO is ABSURD for either side. Now, I can control this on MY side by not using Elite Replacements, etc. But then the Soviets are still having monster experience levels.

Any help is appreciated!

afaik in the DLCs the unit xp is not set individually but in the scenario settings for each player globally. u can change most enemy units xp by just changing this single value.
