I created a mod inside My Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2\Mods, now showing the "Blitzkrieg" folder and "Blitzkrieg.uplugin" file

The "Blitzkrieg.uplugin" file has the correct format:

Yet, it does not show. What am I missing?
