Workshop mods from one game cannot be directly used in another.

They might be manually transferred over, and adapted for use in another game, however. How easy is to do that depends on how different the games are, many vehicles mods from TpF 1 can be used in TpF 2 with a little bit of work.

But Train Simulator Classic is a totally different game, so this is not the case here.
