Workshop items not showing up in game

I have subscribed to some vehicle and building mods and they show up in my subscribed items sub menu in the game but are showing up in game. Any rips?

The building mods may not show up in the bottom menus until they are enabled through the "Mod" menu on the left hand menu bar.

Vehicles though might be subject to year start restrictions based on your new game settings. You can check vehicle availability in the "List of vehicles and buildings" also in the left hand menu.

my mods dont show up at all

Same problem. I can see mod maps while creating a new game, but as long as int's loaded no mods at all. No vehichles no buildngs, nothing. If I am loading an old save I see only a warning thhat some mods are unreacheble and in the game only mods I used in this save.
