something missing for building editor

if i am interested in factory diy-ing, i will be puzzled how to merge several elements into following structure:
1. collections in this building, such as lipid pipe, aggregate conveyor collection etc
2. stack;
3. iron tower constructions;
4. pylon
5. storage which is like oil/fuel storage
6. storage which is like silo or core of blast furnace
will also add more

about railway station:
in china, most connection between waitinghall and platform are several over-bridge, in order to real more building in wr, i may need a option for connection overhead or underground
