Making Skins for Posters / more Generic Mods
Hello.
i personally like to play fictional republics, but all the posters on the workshop are mostly soviet union or GDR-related, have Lenin on them and so on... now i started to make some more generic Posters for myself via Gimp, but i have to overwrite other peoples work for that. How do i create a Skin for the Mod Posters,Flags, Street clocks" ? Thanks for any help in advance.
