You can add dlc 2, dlc 3 + additional mods you want to edit.
But you have to track changes yourself

So, I can make a mod and change the mods from my mod? I'll explain my issue I guess lol. I am changing some unit promotions so they get different abilities when they get promoted. So I wanted to give the Draconian flyer the fire strike ability when the get promoted to gold. But when I change that, the effect is not changed in game, I assume due to the better leveled unit mod I am also using. I was wondering how I could change that basically.
In package manager the bottom right corner when you open mod you will in a number between 1-99. The higher number the further down your mod will appear in the list among mods in the launcher
