Unfortunately there is no function for that in the game. And as we have no access to the code, we cannot add it either. I am sorry.

Thanks for the quick and simple answer. That's unfortunate. Im' always missing corpses because of the decay/environment collision.

Is there anything that can help with that or is that too similar to the previous desire?

decay is a timer mechanic set in the base code. which we do not have access to.

Well, the only way to see corpses better, with the tools we do have, would be to turn all armor textures into high-vis neon color....

I use campfires to mark places with corpses. It also helps not to lose the corpse if you throw some thing nearby, then it is highlighted by the Alt key. If you move far away from the corpse and the area is reloaded, the corpse will disappear. What can I say - this game is not only for looting...)
