Is there a way to move characters who stuck at some corners buildings etc?
I dont want to erase any building for stuck character with shift+f12 menu you know?

any mods that can let me move move people like objects?

focus on one character that's not stuck. save yuor game then,
use in game reset squad position when you load a save.
all characters will load to that spot.

Or get as close as you can with another character and pick them up then move away and set them down.
