Modify AI so they stop building artillery doomstacks

and by doomstacks I mean they literally doom themselves by building armies almost entirely made up of artillery. I'm just completely dominating in battles because they quickly lose their infantry/cavalary and I just slaughter their artillery. It kinda just removes all the fun from waging wars when they're so easy now.

Are there any mods that modify the AI so they stop building artillery doomstacks? Is there anyway I can modify the AI so they stop this?
