Modded item spawner

Anyone figure out how to add items to your character via in-game editor or save file manipulation etc.
Reason is I have tons of mods and would like to cherry pick certain items into my character without going through endless hours to get em. (Yes, i'm a cheater, i know).

Anyone figure out how to do this?

The simplest way to make this happen would be to make a patch mod that adds a recruitable character with all the items you want. Then activate the mod and import your save and go recruit that character. And if you want multiple items, you could make several recruitable characters. Or a vendor character that sells those items.
