You need to have the "full mod" then the patch goes over it. Drop the full mod archive into the Modules folder, extract here, and it should take the name Phantasy_v160 any patches copy the archive to the Phantasy_v160 folder and right click "extract here" for the changes to overwrite the same named files.
Certainly I am back to updating the mod in 2024; in 2023 I was still recovering from 90 hour workweeks at a day job (at minimum pay!). I am alone on this mod so be patient. I did not read steam forums until yesterday; I have been answering questions at Taleworlds forum since April 2024, after 6 years absence.
I will put a (full) Steam workshop build which will extract as folder Phantasy_v160_c in a week (or less) from now, but Steam workshop is notoriously difficult to set up so it is still a guess as to when. Also you are limited to 31 mods at the Warband selection; if you have 32 the last and any others past that do not show. Count the subfolders at Modules folder to see the number of "mods" Warband thinks you installed.
