A drug item that gives you superpowers when you take it. Maybe something like Compund V to reference The Boys.

After taking it, you get impervious to damage and get the ability to fly super fast when you have nothing in hand and hold RMB + LMB, and if you build up enough speed, you can pierce through submarines with your body, damaging anything and anyone on your way.

It's a stupidly unoriginal and cliche concept, I know (please don't roast me). But there doesn't seem to be any mod similar to this in the workshop so far, so I'm just planting the idea.
