In the title! I feel as if colonies should, by virtue of being a canonical
city, sell just about everything you'd need. I'm asking if there is a mod that makes it so colonies are selling the full, combined stock of Habitation, Research, Military, and Mining outposts. That's really what I'm looking for here.

Perhaps one that sort of mashes all of them together, visually, and adds more shops to boot?

Alternatively, is there a mod that just prevents colony generation? I understand Jovian Radiation and the steady loss of resources is meant to push you deeper into Europa, but I like floating around in my silly little submarine and doing cool submarine things, so I usually turn it off.
