Yes, apart from adding scale tag to Wyrdvane Psyker (for somereason, it's the only unit to not have one), it's the only changes.
We can't both modify the same files and have the engine load both. But I really like your mod and I think a lot of people will. Therefore, whatever changes I make I want to release my mod in two flavours: 1) vanilla size for those who want to keep the scaling but use my mod changes, and 2) my mod changes with your scaling.
There's just such an element of immersion (as you say) when the units fit in with the surroundings vs just being symbolic pieces.
I tried slightly larger and smaller scales than what you used, and I'll be honest, I think you found the sweet spot. At the end of the day I could just make my own scalings, but I like to acknowledge effort and give credit where it's due.
Go right ahead, I really don't mind if others use this to make their mods, and I would definately consider creating compatibility patches myself for other popular mods later on.
I just came across something that would fit with your mod:

Those have some scaling as well (i.e. outposts).
I find that if using your scaling of 0.9 0.9 0.9 -> 0.7 0.7 0.7 for space marines, then the SM outpost looks really good going from 1.0 1.0 1.0 -> 1.0 1.0 1.5. This makes the flag taller and fits right in with your scaling. The XY dimensions feel ok leaving them at 1.0.
It will work, but units that were changed will be reverted back to their orginal size. I'll try to update the mod as quick as possible, so if there is an update and unit sizes starts to look funny, please check the mod page.

Well, actually i would love to see this scale in Vanilla Gladius, instead of in a mod.
If not, I'll consider creating/request compatibility patch, but it'll most likely be considered after the said mod gets in a stable stage and updates are not so frequent.
It's about 5 months, is it still playable with the current version ?
As far as I know, yes. There hasn't been updates altering the units files recently, and I try to check every updates.
Will you be able to upadte the mod soon ? I wish Qai could implement that as an option in game. It just look so much better IMHO
Just updated it, albeit bit less satisfactory than before. It's really hard to get the scale right for the tyranids.
