Edit: Also, if you've never played I highly recommend going through the full adventure mode first. It's a sudo-tutorial currently while the devs work on the actual adventure mode internally on their private build. It's meant to teach you the basic concepts of the game (how to jump onto walls, ceilings, etc.), the basics on how to control the car.
