Why Are Mods Not Showing Up In Launcher Or In Game?

I subbed to a bunch of mods in the workshop, but when I start up the game only 3 of the 20 or so mods I chose are there. What am I missing?

1) Did you just recently subscribe to all these mods ?
2) Had the three working mods been subscibed to seperately ?

4) OUTSIDE these two points, it is usualy required to have Steam cloud activated in Steam Settings in general and in the Steam specific Properties for CK2. The latter requires activation where it says "Keeps game saves in the Steam cloud...." . No worries here, if saves are copied and kept in the cloud still depends on your in-game setting in this regard.

I don't have "Download during gameplay" activated and it works for me as described above
in point 3. The last time i had the issue i had to un-and reinstall Steam completely, which then fixed it.
