Tried some simple modding like custom portraits for my RANGERS operators folllowing one of the guide published here.
It worked.
Then i tried to add custom portraits to my CIA operators.
It failed , the game doesnt launch and i got this error message:

CL 004/789 - [Error] FileManager::LoadXML(data/units/.xml)
Error loading: XML_ERROR_PARSING_TEXT ErrorID=8 (0x8) Line number=1

Tried to find the error in the XML file, but i failed to find it.

So i decided to uninstall and reinstall the game also errasing the games files in my appdata folder.

And here is the BIG problem: i keep getting the exact same error message!

So whatever i do my game seems broken and i have no idea how to fix it.
Anybody have an idea?
