[WOTC request] Explosive HE Incendiary Rounds
an request for an new type of round called "INC. HE. AP Round".

INC. HE. AP is an mix of all the best traits from the other rounds.
It costs {{ 50 supplies, 10 alien alloys, and 1 elerium crystal to research }}, and has a pre-requisite of having {{ unlocked }} the following tech:

Unlocked but not costing:
- Tracer Rounds
- Dragon Breath Rounds
- AP rounds
- Talon Rounds
- Venom Rounds

The research costs {{3 weeks}} without scientists.

After being unlocked, INC. HE. can be {{instantly: built at engineering}}, after being produced once at the {{proving grounds: for 12 days}}

Properties:
+25 aim, +5 extra damage, Armor Piercing, Envenomating, Incendiary, +%20 chance to crit, explosive payload.

Explosive payload / Rounds Tooltip : "These rounds, while having infinite uses, should be used with absolute caution. They will cause an explosion similar to an fuel air explosive grenade, not only destroying any cover the enemy is behind but also igniting the surrounding area. They are the full might of the Tracers Rounds smart technology, the Dragon Breath rounds bonus damage and incendiary capabilities, the AP rounds hole punching depleted tips, The Talon Rounds Frangible Claw Like Design, and coated in Viper Poison from the Venom Rounds. I advise only having one unit equip these at a time, but you're the commander, though I advise against it: You can go nuts..."

Why not just use the console code killallais?
But if you really want to create a game breaking ammo, then you can do it. Create and setup with Template Master, then create a project with PGO to obtain it.
