Is there any shortcuts, like crash dive, surface, moving rudder etc.? I didn't find any. And the worst thing... The UI in this game is awful, unergonomic, unfriendly, clunky. Every action needs to much clicks. Everything should be able to order to the crew by the clickable menu or at least shortcuts without moving your character anywhere.
