If you look back over the last few months and see what mods have been added, your question is actually already answered. It has become very quiet as far as Alyx is concerned. Even smaller custom mods have become few and far between, as they are very time-consuming for the creator.

I don't know if you have ever tried to create a mod yourself (you have the tools to do so), but if not, give it a try and you will see that it takes an immense amount of time that won't bring you anything except a comment saying how good or bad your custom mod was. In any case, you won't get any benefit from it.
