Well, you could install the mods manually if you don't want to have the possibility that a mod gets taken down off workshop. Aside from that though, if you think your mod installs might be bugged, you could go through and mark all installed mods as 'favorites' so they'll be an easy to find list. Then, unsubscribe all the mods and restart steam. Then go to workshop, select your 'favorites' list and re-subscribe to the mods. This should re-download each of your mods and any 'missing' parts should be back again. I do know this sort of thing could happen if you played the game while being disconnected from the Internet--either lost ISP service or put Steam into 'Offline' mode. This is why I don't like simply subscribing mods from Workshop. I go the extra step and manually add them to the games files... under ...\Cars\ folder. The downside is if a mod gets updated, I don't get the updated content automatically--would have to manually re-add the mod again.

Side note.... I wrote this in another thread regarding your download issue...

@sandman_732
apps getting blocked because of 'unverified publisher' is a Windows Security feature. You should be able to alter some security settings to allow you to override Windows blocking it and choose to download it anyway. You could do a search online for 'how to keep Windows from blocking apps' to find some guides that take you through steps for resolving that issue.

Yeah I'm working on that now , I tried to turn off every firewall & Security that I can find , Now I'm looking on YouTube & Other websites for more info, A few weeks ago Microsoft had a problem & All the computers at : Airports / 911 / hospitals / Stores / Schools went down , Well any way it was Security issues , Now I'm wounding if Microsoft made the security even more strict then what it was, It's already strict with Windows 11 Pro / Edge ,I even tried using Google , I would go back to Windows 10 & Try it but my EVGA GeForce 3070 Ti Graphics Card - likes the Windows 11 , I Just have to find away around a ( Publisher.Unknown DLL file ) I here some good things on the : QoL mod & Would like to try it & It seems to be made up of two files and it's only the one of the two files that's the problem , But Thank you for your concern & Help / Info . That sort of error tends to be due to missing DLC.

Yeah, Windows Security does NOT like letting you add .dll files... unless they've been certified through MS. You're suppose to be able to override Windows attempt to block them though... at least in Win10 I know you can.

Some reason I don't think I'm getting administrator permission / Rights , I'll have to go into ( cmd ) and change it , But it might change a lot of other things / Files.

If you suspect that's the issue... you could try right clicking the cms exe, choose properties--compatibility--and set it to 'run as administrator.' Hit 'Apply' before closing the properties window. But, if it's your user profile having messed up privilege... try creating another Admin user account on your PC, log out and log in with the new account. Then test the game out. If it is working good at that point, you know that's the issue. I've had that happen before due to some Windows update or an app install possibly? You could restore your original user account to the correct privilege level. You can google that and see some tutorials on it if you are unsure how.
