problem with the 6.2 hemi

for some reason any vehicle with the 6.2 hemi in it wont work, it wont let you build the engine at all.

Did you right click the game in steam library, choose 'properties', go to '..files..' section and do the verify files option?
Also, go to the DLC tab and be sure the Dodge DLC is checked off (installed) to the game.

If those two are good to go and the DLC is installed correctly, then there's no logical reason you shouldn't be able to build a 6.2 hemi motor. Unless, maybe you have some mods installed that might be conflicting somehow?
