I am looking for a mod to unlock traits like 'Holy Resource' and racially specific ones to make the racial creation similar to Endless Space where you basically pick a skin, then a racial trait, then make the custom race.

If it doesn't exist, one thing that could be possible when modding is making them mutually exclusive to each other. Meaning if you have one, the other ones disappear. I think it would make the game more varied and fun.
