Report a translation problem
You need to make sure that:
- You're subscribed to both (they're often part of the same package, so they do not have seperate Workshop pages. In other words, if you're subscribed to one, you're 99,99% of the time subscribed to the other part as well).
- Both assets are enabled (either in the Skyve app, or in the 'Content Manager').
- Both assets are allowed to spawn. Use the 'Advanced Vehicle Options' mod to manage which vehicles are allowed to spawn.

You say you don't use mods, but I highly recommend doing so. If you don't know which mods you can use, then use my collection. All mods in it are functioning properly and are compatible with both each other as well as the latest version of the game.
