Help with creating custom perks
Not having much knowledge of code, tried to modify existing perks to create custom perks. Running into some obstacles. Would like to create a Custom perk for a "Mechanic" - The idea is to have a perk which would contribute to the speed of Repair Operations, much like the Teacher perk does for Militia and Merc Training. Can someone code savy help?
